What is the average turnaround time for a quote?
After doing a walk-through and determining the scope of work, a formal written quote will take 2-3 business days on average. This timeframe can get extended if subcontractors are needed.
What is an approximate timeframe for remodeling a full kitchen?
The timeframe is dependent on the full scope of work and sourcing the materials, finishes and appliances. Each space is unique and therefore can affect the timeframe of completion. A more accurate timeframe will be discussed once we have done a walk-through of the space to understand the needs.
Can you live in your house during a home renovation?
Yes, in most cases you are able to live in your home. The work site is sectioned off to minimize disturbance and dust to the rest of the house, Each situation is unique and therefore will need to be evaluated. If living conditions are deemed safe, then there shouldn’t be an issue with living at your home during construction.
When is the payment required?
To secure an agreement, a down payment of half is required upon signing a contract. Typically, that payment is used to source materials and permits (if required). If the project is a bigger scope that will take a longer period of time, the payments will typically be broken into thirds
What form of payments do you accept?
Checks and cash are the preferred form of payment, however we accept cards, Venmo and CashApp.
